The management of Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa, AOPE, Oyo State, has informed all graduands that more than 13,000 certificates remain uncollected.
The notice covers National Diploma and Higher National Diploma graduates from the 2014/2015 academic session to the 2023/2024 academic session. It is a clear Message to affected former students; their original certificates are ready for collection.
Who the AOPE certificate notice affects
The notice applies to:
ND graduands
National Diploma graduands within the stated sessions are affected.
HND graduands
Higher National Diploma graduands within the same period are also affected.

The collection notice covers graduates from 2014/2015 to 2023/2024.
AOPE certificate collection deadline
All affected graduates are advised to visit the polytechnic and collect their original certificates on or before 31 May 2026.

AOPE stated that any certificate not collected by 31 May 2026 will attract a penalty before it can be issued.
