ATBU Post UTME Screening Eligibility
To qualify for the screening:
- Candidates must have selected ATBU as their preferred institution during the 2023/2024 JAMB Examination.
- Attained a minimum score of 165 in the said examination.
How to Apply for ATBU Post UTME Screening Form
Prospective students meeting these criteria are advised to head over to the University’s official portal: portal.atbu.edu.ng/screening.
1. RRR Generation
Start by obtaining the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number. Use your JAMB registration number as the username and select Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi as the institution.
2. Payment Procedure
Applicants are required to make an online payment of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) as screening fees. This can be done using any bank of your preference.
3. Application Completion
Ensure all mandatory fields in the application are filled. For those awaiting results, it’s crucial to specify ‘AR’ in the grade section. Additionally, attach a recent passport-sized photograph.
4. Acknowledgement Slip
Once all details are filled in, download the online screening acknowledgement slip. This will be essential for the forthcoming physical screening.
5. Portal Access Duration
The university’s portal will remain accessible for one week, commencing from Monday 23rd to Saturday 28th October 2023. This provides ample time for students to update their bio-data as necessary.
