Inspiration can come from all sorts of sources. To understand what I am about to tell you, you need to do something first. You need to believe that your goals and dreams are valid. Can you do that? Good.
Study Smarter
My name is Inegbenehi Isaac Aihinoria and I’m from Emu, a Community in Esan South East Local Government Area, Edo State, Nigeria.
My story is pretty simple. All my life, I have been running. Usually from danger and living a mediocre life.
When I was much younger, I saw thousands of dreams being shattered because they were not ordered. I saw young people sacrifice their ability for the mediocre roles society has given to them.
I witnessed students fail to gain admission simply because they couldn’t afford quality primary and secondary education.
I had a first-hand experience of poor education, life without electricity, farming, and other experiences that follow life in the village.
In fact, I attended a village primary and secondary school before relocating to Benin City in 2012 to stay with my aunt, Joy Osaro. I assisted in managing her shop, and taking care of her kids while still preparing for UTME.
I attended and wrote common entrance at Eguare Primary School, Emu. Sat for BECE at Emu Grammar School, Emu and WAEC at St. Andrew’s Catholic College, Emu.
I understood that to become something different, I had to do something different. After all, I can’t give out what I don’t have.
Success requires some process; and no product without a process. I began to recreate myself. I made up my mind to inspire and empower young people; making them achieve their full potential.
In early 2014, I wrote a book titled The Mirror in Your Interior. The book aimed to make young people focus more on what they have within (Interior) instead of just looks (Exterior).
The picture of your future is in a mirror, and the mirror is in your interior; not to make you inferior but that in your exterior you may become Superior.
I gained first batch admission in 2014 to study Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the great University of Benin, Benin City. I actually gained admission with my third UTME.
Apart from being so focused on academic activities, I learned programming, design, and other Digital skills while in school. I also earned from these skills to pay my bills.
I stayed in the school hosted for three years. I have two aunties who I visited during holidays, Gloria and Joy. Holidays and ASUU strikes further gave me more time to develop myself.
Thanks to Dr. Tony Aziegbemi who got me a Laptop in 2015 when I got a GPA above 4.5 (1st Class) in 100 Level. Shout out to Mr. Wilson who also assisted me with N1,200 to launch flashlearners.com on August 21st, 2016.
My background didn’t affect my academic performance. In fact, I lectured my coursemates on many instances and have created solution banks for all departments in the faculty of Engineering. I competed well with students who studied in the best primary and secondary schools.
I basically sponsored myself through the University; combing academics and business.
I graduated from UNIBEN in 2019 and served at the Technical Unit, in Government House, Asaba, Delta State. By the way, I was the general secretary of my NYSC Community Development Service (CDS) group.
I became Nigeria’s Top Education Blogger, Founder and CEO of FlashLearners; a registered brand focused on Educational articles, Career guide, Academic videos, CBT Apps for young peoples and so on.

While preparing for my second Jamb, I encountered Joshua Abuwa, a teen advocate, who introduced me to Catch Teens Young Organization.
Joshua Abuwa is also an inspiration behind some of the things I do. Inspired by his book, I Choose to Be Great, I developed myself so much in writing and came up with a book titled “The mirror in your Interior”.
I am a big member of the Catch Teens young organization. An organization whose mission is to imbibe in the hearts of Young adults the tenets of responsibility, a renewed mindset towards excellence, developing social skills, a relationship with God, and passion for contributing their quota to nation-building. The organization’s website is created and managed by me.
Of course, not everything can be written down. I hope this story inspired every young person around to make a difference.
