Convocation fee and payment details
Graduands are required to pay a convocation fee based on the payment time:
- N150,000 if paid before the convocation ceremony
- N175,000 if paid after the convocation ceremony

Clearance and gown collection
Graduating students are required to obtain a clearance form from the Directorate of Student Affairs.
The form must be completed as instructed. This clearance process is required for the collection of the academic gown and other items linked to the ceremony.
