Admission Requirements for Elizade University Postgraduate Programs
1. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) Programs
Applicants must be graduates of Elizade University or other approved universities.
A minimum of a third-class degree is required.
The program runs for a minimum of one academic session.
2. Master’s Degree Programs
Applicants must hold a second-class (lower division) honors degree or higher from Elizade University or an approved institution.
The program lasts for a minimum of three semesters and can extend up to six semesters.
3. Master of Philosophy (MPhil) Programs
Applicants must have completed a master’s program but did not achieve a PhD grade.
The program duration is between two to three semesters for full-time students, and three to four semesters for part-time students.
4. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Programs
Applicants must hold a master’s degree with a research dissertation.
A weighted coursework average of 60% or a CGPA of at least 3.5 on a 5.00 scale is required.
The program runs for three to four academic sessions for full-time students and four to five academic sessions for part-time students.
Note on Additional Requirements
All candidates must meet the O-Level requirements for admission, which include five credit passes at no more than two sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.
