Starting from Monday, August 21, 2023, the screening and registration exercises for all freshly admitted candidates will take place at the designated locations within the FUTO campus.
Venue Allocations for Different Schools:
- For SAAT, SEET, SESET, SICT, SOHT, SOES, SOPS & SLIT: ICTC Building
- For SOBS, MBBS, SBMS & CEs – PESS: SOBS HALL, located on the 1st Floor of the Old SEET Head Building
- For a collection of green file forms: Admissions Unit situated on the 2nd floor of the old SEET Head Building

- Green Files Acquisition: These are available for purchase at the University’s official bookshop.

- Original JAMB Result Slip: Print directly from JAMB’s official portal.
- Duplicate JAMB Admission Letter: Available for printing from JAMB’s portal.
- FUTO PUTME Screening Result Slip.

- Confirmation of Admission form (sourced from FUTO’s portal).
- FUTO Admission Letter.
- Development levy and School fees receipts (both printed from FUTO’s online portal).
- Candidate’s profile slip.
- Original validity form paired with a passport photograph.
- Signed Acceptance letter.
- Birth Certificate.
- Letter of identification from your Local Government Area.
- For Direct Entry Candidates: You’ll additionally need your A’ level certificate or OND/HND/Degree Statement of Results.
