About the Role
As a Catering QAQC Assistant, you will ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality in catering operations. This role is part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, aimed at developing fresh graduates and providing exposure to the benefits of working in a global organization.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring Catering Operations: Ensuring no safety-related issues.
- Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to HACCP food sanitation, hygiene, safety standards, and other contractual agreements.
- Updating Catering Trackers: Managing equipment snag lists, supplies, menus, and more.
- Quality Inspections: Inspect food (dry, frozen, fresh vegetables), water, and other supplies.
- Supporting Feedback: Analysing customer feedback and trends.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Education: A Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of a 2nd class upper in Agriculture, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Health Sciences, Hotel Management, or Food Science/Technology.
- Communication Skills: Strong in both written and spoken English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and good interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Food Safety Knowledge: Certifications in food safety.
- Catering Operations Background: Experience in catering or hospitality services.
