Entry Requirements
To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Five (5) O’ Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and two (2) of the core science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
- One additional subject of choice.
- A minimum JAMB UTME score of 120.
Course Duration
The program is a full-time course lasting two years.
Students will receive a National Diploma (ND) in Orthopaedic Cast Technology upon successful completion.
Application Process
Interested candidates should obtain the application form from the Workforce Planning & Recruitment Unit in the MRC Building at LASUTH.
The completed form must be submitted along with the following:
- Photocopies of the candidate’s credentials.
- A curriculum vitae (CV).
- Two recent passport photographs on a white background.
- SSCE/NECO certificates or a printout of results from WAEC/NECO.
- UTME result slip.
