The structure of the ND Programme includes four semesters of classroom, laboratory, and workshop activities within the institution, along with a semester (3-4 months) of the Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES). Each semester will last seventeen (17) weeks, composed of 15 weeks of contact teaching and 2 weeks for examinations and registration. SIWES will occur at the end of the second semester of the first year.

Application Process and Fees
Candidates for National Diploma (Full-time) are required to pay an application fee of One Thousand Naira (₦1,000) only using their JAMB Registration Number. Meanwhile, National Diploma (Part-time) candidates will pay an application fee of Five Thousand Naira (₦5,000) only.
It’s important to note that candidates who did not initially choose Newland Polytechnic can effect a change of institution and course, as applicable.
