Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the NUBAPOLY Summer Program, ensure that you meet the following requirements:
- Eligible Students:
- Graduating students (ND II, NCE III, HND II).
- Spillover I, II, and III students.
- Academic Requirements:
- A minimum CGPA of 1.50.
- No more than six outstanding courses, regardless of the semester.
- Note that Final Year Student’s Project and SIWES are excluded from the program.
Registration Fees
The registration fees for the NUBAPOLY Summer Program are as follows:
- ND/NCE Indigene: N18,750.00
- ND/NCE Non-indigene: N23,250.00
- HND Indigene: N25,000.00
- HND Non-indigene: N30,000.00
- Part-Time Indigene: N18,750.00
- Part-Time Non-indigene: N23,250.00
- Registration per course: N2,000.00

Application Process
- Obtain the registration form from the Office of the Director Part-Time & Evening Program or School Coordinators of Part-Time & Evening Programs.
- Complete the form and attach the evidence of payment (Teller).
- Submit the completed form for approval by the Director of Part-Time & Evening Programs.
- After approval, make three copies of the completed form.
- Submit one copy to your department, another to the School Coordinator Part-Time & Evening Program, and keep the final copy for your records.
