UCH Ibadan Post UTME Form 2024/25

The University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, School of Health Information Management (SHIM) has commenced the sale of Post UTME application forms for admission into its National Diploma (ND) program for the 2024/2025 academic session. Program Overview

The Two-Year Programme leading to the award of the National Diploma (ND) in Health Information Management is scheduled to commence in September 2024. The program is non-residential and offers a platform for successful candidates to embark on a career in Health Information Management.

Eligibility Criteria for UCH Ibadan SHIM Post UTME

In addition to scoring 150 and above in the 2024 UTME, applicants must have obtained a minimum of five (5) credits at no more than two sittings in SSCE/GCE/WASC/NECO in the following subjects:

  1. English Language
  2. Mathematics
  3. Biology
  4. Physics or Chemistry
  5. Any other subject

 

 

Application Process

From Monday, 27th May 2024, you can access the application form on the UCH SCHOOLS PORTAL at https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng. Here’s how to apply:

  1. Visit https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and click the REMITA PAYMENT button to make a payment.
  2. Once you’ve paid, sign up with your RRR, email, and password used during payment.
  3. Log in with your email and password to proceed with the application.
  4. Go to the portal at https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and download the Applicants User Guide.
  5. Follow the steps in the User Guide to fill in your details and submit your application online.
  6. Print 2 copies of your application form and photocard, and take them to the exam center on the exam day.
  7. Make another payment of Five Hundred Naira (N500.00) to the Health Information Managers Association of Nigeria, Union Bank, UCH Branch, Account no: 0000207307.

Screening and Interview Process

The dates for the screening exercise for the ND program will be communicated to applicants via their email addresses. Successful applicants will also be notified of an oral interview at a later date through text messages and updates on the School’s website.
