UNILAG Inter/Intra Faculty Transfer Guidelines, 2023/2024

The Management of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) has published the guidelines for doing inter/intra faculty transfer for the 2023/2024 academic session. See details below.

This is to inform all students of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) who are interested in inter/intra faculty transfer for 2023/2024 that the management has released the guidelines for the transfer.

The sale of application forms for the 2023/2024 academic session will commence on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, and end on Monday, July 17, 2023.

UNILAG Inter/Intra Faculty Guidelines and Eligibility

The candidate for transfer must satisfy the following conditions:

i. Must present their results showing their current CGPA;

ii. Must have obtained a CGPA of not less than 1.00;

iii. Must possess the pre-requisite ORDINARY/ADVANCED level subjects for admission into the intended program; and

iv. Must have successfully completed a minimum of 200 levels by the end of the 2021/2022 academic session.

UNILAG Faculty Transfer Procedure

1. Candidates must read the guidelines to ensure he/she qualifies for transfer before obtaining the form.

2. If qualified, the candidate should:

a. Log on to his or her portal on the University website: www.unilag.edu.ng.

b. Click the Inter/Intra Faculty section of the Portal,

c. Complete the listed fields on the preliminary form.

d. Generate and print the Inter/Intra Faculty Form Payment Advice containing Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number then proceed to any commercial bank to pay the sum of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000:00).

3. Candidates must re-visit their portal on the University’s website to print the Inter/Intra Faculty Form.

4. Candidates are to:

a. Attach their O’Level/A’Level results and their statement of result to the completed form duly signed by the current H.O.D. and Dean, as well as the proposed H.O.D. and Dean, and

b. Submit the completed form and attachments (four copies) to Academic Affairs, 6th Floor, Senate House, UNILAG on or before the closing date of Monday, July 17, 2023.
