Financial Obligations for Graduands
First Degree, Diploma and Certificate Graduands
First Degree, Diploma and Certificate students are expected to pay a fee of N15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Naira) if the payment is made between September and October 6, 2023. However, any payments received from October 9, 2023, onwards will incur a fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira).
Master’s Degree and Postgraduate Diploma Graduands
For Master’s Degree and Postgraduate Diploma students, the fee is N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) if paid between September and October 6, 2023. Those who pay from October 9, 2023, will need to pay N25,000.00 (Twenty-five Thousand Naira).
Ph.D. Graduands
Ph.D. Graduands are expected to pay N100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira), which covers the cost of the academic gown and cap.
Collection of Academic Gowns and Guest Invitations
Each graduating student is to collect his or her academic gown and a guest invitation card from the respective Faculty Officers or the Secretary of the Postgraduate School.
University of Uyo Alumni Association Fee
It’s pertinent to note that graduates who haven’t yet paid the Alumni Association fee of N3,000.00 (Three Thousand Naira) are advised to do so promptly.

The University will publish the list of all graduates on its official website: www.uniuyo.edu.ng for verification.
How to Make Payments
Mode of Payment: All requisite payments should be made online via the university’s e-portal uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals. Once there, select the bursary Collect Link
and follow the provided instructions. Upon completion, you’ll be redirected to complete the payment via the Remita platform.
