The University of Malta Funded Scholarships is open to all internationals pursuing a master’s or Ph.D. degree in Malta. Students from outside the European 🇪🇺 Union/EEA can apply. Professional doctorates and MBA-type programs are not eligible. The University of Malta (L-Università ta’ Malta), or UM, is the only public university in Malta.
