- Registration with the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) is a must.
- Candidates should either have:
- A Degree
- A Merit/Lower credit level pass in Diploma or NCE
- An RN/RM Certificate

Registration Timeline
Mark 2nd August 2023 in your calendar. That’s the date the university’s portal opens its digital doors to accept registrations.
Smooth Application Steps
- Navigate to the university’s official digital abode: www.unn.edu.ng
- Spot the UNN portal on the top right and give it a click.
- Your next stop is Prospective Students.
- Here, select Online Application Form for the 2023/2024 Admission Screening Exercise.
- Input your JAMB Registration Number.
- An invoice awaits. Generate it.
- For the payment of N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira only), you can either:
- Visit any renowned Commercial Bank, or
- Use your ATM card for a swift online transaction.
- With the payment settled, journey back to the portal.
- It’s time to enter your details:
- JAMB Registration Number (again)
- Date of Birth
- O-Level Subjects and Grades (remember to mention your Centre and Examination Number)
- Double-check those grades!
- Upload the essentials, each no heavier than 100KB:
- Birth Certificate
- Local Government Identification
- Testimonial
- First School Leaving Certificate
- O-Level documents (Two sets if you’ve sat twice)
