70013 – R: The Meter Token does not exist for this BEDC Prepaid is an error you can get when there is a network issue.

If you are sure that the meter number you entered is correct but still getting this error, don’t panic. Keep entering the meter number or try to check back after some minutes. This will solve the problem.

• Enter customer account number and click Continue

Inquiry Amount Too Small While Making BEDC Payments Online

Transaction Fail! Inquiry amount supplied is not valid or too small. This error is common while Making BEDC Payments on  Quickteller website.

It doesn’t mean that you are actually entering the wrong amount. Please be informed that the error is from Benin electricity distribution company. Quickteller confirmed this when I contacted them. The solution is to try again later or keep trying.
