Solution To Meter Token Does Not Exist For EEDC Bills

70013 – R: The Meter Token does not exist for this EEDC Prepaid is an error you can get when there is a network issue.

If you are sure that the meter number you entered is correct but still getting this error, don’t panic. Keep entering the meter number or try to check back after some minutes. This will solve the problem.

  • Click on the search box “Find a biller“
  • Type Enugu Electricity and Press enter
  • Look for Enugu Electricity Distribution Company Postpaid
  • Enter your Email or Mobile number
  • Enter Customer Account Number
  • Enter the Amount you wish to recharge and Continue
  • Enter your Card Details
  • Click on PAY
  • Enter the OTP sent to you to proceed
  • Your EEDC Token will be sent to you
  • Done

Inquiry Amount Too Small While Making EEDC Payments Online

Transaction Failed! Inquiry amount supplied is not valid or too small. This error can occur while Making EEDC Payments on  Quickteller website.

It doesn’t mean that you are actually entering the wrong amount. Please be informed that the error is from Enugu electricity distribution company. Quickteller confirmed this when I contacted them. The solution is to try again later or keep trying.
