Jamb announced earlier that the first set of candidates offered admission for should accept admission before it is late. You may be wondering whether Jamb has released other batches of admission status since the first set of names were uploaded.

The good news is that Jamb has updated names of those admitted in Jamb Caps portal. If you were not offered admission earlier, you can now proceed to check. If you are not admitted yet, Jamb is still updating names daily. If you don’t already know how to check your Jamb admission status on Caps Portal, you may click here to check.
For those who were admitted in their school portal but the admission hasn’t reflected in Jamb caps, keep checking because your admission status shall be updated by Jamb soon.
I would advise that you don’t check your admission status “every minute”. It will only make you worried. How often you should check your admission status? Checking whether you have been offered admission once every two days is enough.

Another thing worthy of note is the fact that Jamb caps saying WELCOME does mean you are not admitted. Normally, you will see welcome when you click on jamb caps admission status. It is your duty to skip it by requesting desktop version and proceed to check whether you are admitted.
Finally, admission is not yet over. There is hope if you are still getting not admitted in Jamb Portal. Jamb will continue to give admission until December (Probably).
