Available Programs/Courses

MICOHEST offers a range of programs aimed at equipping students with essential skills and knowledge in the health sector:

1. Certificate in Community Health (JCHEW)
2. Diploma in Community Health (CHEW)
3. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
4. Diploma in Medical X-ray and Imaging Technology (XRT)
5. Professional Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM)

Admission Requirements

• For JCHEW:
  • Minimum of three O-level credits in English, Mathematics, and Biology, and passes in Chemistry and Physics. Must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
• For CHEW, MLT, XRT, and HIM:
  • At least five O-level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. These should also be obtained in no more than two sittings.

Method of Application

1. Accessing the Application Portal: Visit the MICOHEST Website and click on “Apply Now.”
2. Account Creation:
   • Click on ‘New Application’, enter your name and a valid phone number, and click on ‘Create My Account’.
   • You will then be directed to the login page.
3. Login Details:
   • Use the phone number provided earlier as both your username and password to log in.
4. Completing the Application Process:
   • Confirm your information, enter your phone number and email address, and then proceed to select a payment method.
   • Make a payment of N5,500 using a transfer, card, USSD, or Visa QR.
5. Final Steps:
   • After successful payment, fill in and submit your application.
   • The serial number on your slip is your Application ID and login username.
   • Click on “Print Application” to print it out.
