MICOHEST Admission Form 2025/26

Misau College of Health Science and Technology will start selling admission forms online.

Form sales will begin on Monday, 7 April 2025.

You can apply for any of the approved courses listed by the school.

• Certificate in Community Health (JCHEW)
• Diploma in Community Health / CHEW (Fresh and Retrained)
• Diploma in Medical X-ray and Imaging Technology (XRT)
• National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Professional Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM)

Check entry requirements

JCHEW Program

• At least three O’Level credits in English, Mathematics, and Biology
• Must also have passes in Chemistry and Physics
• Results must be from not more than two sittings

CHEW (Fresh), XRT, MLT, HIM Programs

• At least five O’Level credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Must be from not more than two sittings

Direct Entry into CHEW

• Holders of JCHEW with required subjects may enter Level 200 in CHEW

Follow steps to apply online

1. Visit the MICOHEST admission portal
2. Click on ‘Apply Now’
3. Click on ‘New Application’
4. Type your name and a working phone number
5. Click ‘Create My Account’ to go to the login page
6. Use the phone number as both username and password
7. After login, confirm your details
8. Enter your email and phone number again
9. Pick a payment option and pay ₦6,500
10. Payment can be made by card, transfer, USSD, or Visa QR
11. After payment, fill and submit the form
12. When done, click ‘Print Application’ to get a copy

Prepare for entrance exam

All applicants will sit for an entrance test.

Check for the exam date after completing the form.
