Program Highlights

Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission, candidates must:
- Be at least 16 years old at the time of application
- Possess a minimum of five O’ Level Credit passes in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from either WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
- Ensure that all required credits are from one or two sittings
Note: The application form sales open on 29th October 2024 and close on 16th December 2024.
Application Process
To apply for the UCH Basic Midwifery Program, follow these steps:
- Go to the UCH Schools Portal at UCH Ibadan Application Portal.
- Click on the REMITA PAYMENT button and make a payment of ₦25,000.
- After payment, sign up with your RRR, email, and password used during the payment.
- Log in using your email and password to complete the application.
- Download the Applicants’ User Guide from the portal.
- Print two copies of the form and Photocard to bring on the examination day.
- Additionally, make a payment of ₦200 to the Oyo State Nursing & Midwifery Committee Account at First Bank PLC, Account Number: 2019704292.
