Aims of the Programme
The main objective of the NSS Postgraduate Certificate Programme is to offer students a strong theoretical and practical grounding in nuclear security science. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Nuclear Security Science.
To qualify for this program, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of a Third Class Honours (or its equivalent Higher National Diploma (HND)) in Engineering, Sciences, or Medical Sciences from a recognized University or Polytechnic.

Program Duration and Schedule
The NSS Postgraduate Certificate Programme follows a modular structure, spanning 16 weeks. The program comprises 10 taught courses, and industrial visits, and requires students to submit an individual Term Paper. Each course entails 32 hours of lectures, followed by a 2-hour examination.
