2. Rise Early

If you have a set time to rise from bed, it means your alarm is set for it. If not, you should set your alarm 5 minutes before or at the exact time.  Don’t hesitate to wake up in due time with the alarm close. A little waggling and stretching on the bed could result in additional 30 minutes unplanned. So leave the bed at once.

3. Meditate

6. Run The Quick Chores

Even if you have your rooms to yourself, you will need to take out the trash, sweep, do the dishes if any, and do other house chores that need immediate action. This can include a quick healthy breakfast like toast few breads, prepare a fruit salad or oatmeal.

7. Take a Nice Bath

Part of your morning routine should be a nice bath. This is a healthy habit too. Some students don’t care about baths when they can at least have one to stay fresh. Except for specific may be health reasons, a cold or warm bath prepares you for the day. You feel good, fresh, and relaxed to achieve the day’s goals. Even if you are ongoing to be indoors throughout, a bath keeps you prepared for an emergency move.

8. Take a Healthy Breakfast and Hydrate Well

Experts recommend a healthy breakfast for students to aid concentration and boost energy for alertness and school activities. Meanwhile, it is up to a student to skip breakfast but maintain hydration. The availability of time and the meal is a factor to consider but you can plan your breakfast before time.
