How the Inner Voice Contributes to Your Productivity?

Studies suggest that intuition offers additional sensory artillery that helps coordinate thoughts, thereby enabling better decision-making. Researchers also attest that the inner voice can enhance motivation, resilience, and self-regulation which leads to improved productivity.

While some people may disagree with this, Ethan Kross, in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology says every healthy person has an inner voice and how it manifests can vary dramatically from person to person. The manifestation takes different roles for individual persons, but more often people who experience positive intuition have enhanced problem-solving abilities and performance on cognitive tasks.

How to Master Your Inner Voice to Boost Productivity?

1. Know Yourself Better

Do you have details of yourself, in terms of strengths, weaknesses, beliefs, and other values you may subconsciously exhibit?  A healthy inner voice can go a long way when you understand how your mind works and consciously examine yourself.  This can be called self-awareness – a clear and conscious understanding of oneself.
