Matriculation Gown Collection Procedure
Eligibility for Gown Collection
Newly admitted students, which include those who have gained admission through UTME, UMB, and Direct Entry (DE), are eligible for the collection of Matriculation Gowns. However, it should be noted that only students who have fulfilled their financial obligations with respect to tuition and have successfully generated matriculation numbers from the university portal will be considered eligible for gown collection.
Timeframe for Gown Collection
The window for the collection of these Matriculation Gowns will open on Thursday, 24th August 2023, and will close promptly on Monday, 4th September 2023.
Location for Gown Collection
Students are advised to pick up their Matriculation Gowns from the office of the Faculty Officers corresponding to their respective faculties.
Financial Aspects
As part of your acceptance fees, the cost of hiring the Matriculation Gown has already been covered. Thus, no additional charges will be imposed for this.
