Someone asked me a question, which subjects should I study more in BECE 2024? I was able to answer her. However, the question inspired me to write this article so that others can learn as well.

Another common question JSS3 students preparing for junior Waec ask is how to get the BECE syllabus and the hot topics to focus on.

This article shall focus on how to get Junior Waec syllabus and subjects you should register. In addition, I shall list out the top 6 BECE Subjects to focus on for this year’s exam.

You must understand that BECE is also referred to as Junior Waec. In fact, you may decide to call it JSS3 Exam.

6 Hot Subjects To Register In BECE

The top 6 subjects to focus on in Junior Waec are as follows:

  1. Mathematics

  3. Basic/Integrated Science
  4. Civic Education
  5. Agricultural Science
  6. Computer

Subjects To Register In Junior Waec

Eighteen subjects are administered at the BECE level. A candidate is expected to sit for a maximum of ten (10) subjects. A candidate is deemed to have passed the BECE if he/she passes in six subjects including English and Mathematics.
