Issues Checking Admission Status On Jamb Portal 2020

“I have been offered admission on Jamb Caps Portal but Jamb e-facility portal says Not yet admitted yet“. This is the issue faced by Jamb UTME candidates yearly.

Some persons were offered admission on Jamb caps but surprisingly noticed that they have not been admitted on Jamb profile direct portal.

Although JAMB Admission Status was already enabled on Jamb Direct Portal clicking here, yet, so many Jamb candidates have been facing serious confusion.

Now, you may be wondering, what is the reason for this issue and would the admission status later be updated and changed to admitted on Jamb direct portal? Of course. Yes!

If you were admitted earlier but having issues of not admitted in Jamb direct portal or your school of choice, there is good news for you. Your admission will be updated in your school portal and Jamb direct admission status checking portal very soon.

Conclusions:

  • If Jamb has admitted you in Caps but you are seeing not admitted in the direct portal, it possibly mean that you rejected your admission. Else, it will be updated very soon and you can check it.
  • If you have been admitted on Jamb caps, your school will also offer you admission.
  • If you have been admitted by your school but not yet on caps or Jamb portal, it will be updated soon also.
