The WordPress 5.0 Update has sparked a whole lot of mixed reactions. While few are happy with Gutenberg as default editor in WordPress, others prefer the old WordPress Editor.

How To Switch Back To The Old WordPress Editor
Support for the Classic Editor plugin will remain in WordPress through 2021. To keep using the old WordPress Editor, simply install and activate the Classic Editor Plugin.
The Classic Editor plugin restores the previous WordPress editor and the Edit Post screen.

Hi Flash, I switched to the Gutenberg on WordPress 5.0 default, but I discovered that it isn’t compatible with Yoast SEO plugin, so I returned to the old editor.
This is a problem, though many bloggers enjoy the old editor we will still have to embrace gutenberg in the near feature but hope this problem has a way out before then…
