NABTEB Common Entrance Exam for Admission into Federal/State Science and Technical Colleges in Nigeria 2019/2020

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into 3-year full-time courses into Federal/State Science and Technical Colleges in Nigeria.

Requirements For Admission

  • A minimum of Junior Secondary School Certificate (JSSC) or equivalent, e g S.75.
  • Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC) or GCE (0/L).
  • Teachers’ Certificate Grade II (TCII)
  • Candidates with higher qualifications but who have interest in Technical Education may also apply.

Registration PINs are available upon cash payment of N 1,000 00 (One Thousand Naira Only) at Federal / State Science and Technical Colleges State Ministries of Education, State Science and Technical Schools’ Board, NABTEB Zonal Offices and NABTEB State Offices nationwide.

MODE OF EXAMINATION:

The examination shall be in two parts:

  • Paper I – Vocational Aptitude Test
  • Paper II – Vocational Preference Survey

Examination Date: Saturday, 4th May, 2019.

Steps on how to get started
1. Make sure your passport is 160px by 200px and size is less than 30kb
2.
Click on the ‘Apply‘ link
3.
Fill in the PIN, and serial number gotten from the purchased scratch card
4.
Fill the form displayed and submit
5.
Download and print the personal data form.
6.
Submit the completed personal data form to the point you purchased the scratch card

HOW TO CHECK NABTEB RESULT

  1. Enter your Candidatate Identification Number e.g. 38001178
  2. Select the Type of Examination
  3. Enter the 4 digits of your Examination Year e.g. 2002
  4. Enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your Scratch card. The Card Serial Number has an alphabet prefix followed by digits e.g. N123456789
  5. Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Scratch card eg. 012345678912
  6. Click Submit and wait for the results window to come up
  To have your result sent to your e-mail address, do the followings:
  1. Follow steps 1-5 above.
  2. Click on the ‘Send Results to E-mail’ box
  3. Enter a valid e-mail address e.g. [email protected]
  4. Click Submit and wait for the results window to come up
