I seriously dealt with Google’s Panda and Penguin Algorithm Updates in my previous Episodes. This episode would successfully explain the meaning of mobile-friendly algorithm update and how it affects you a blogger.

The Google mobile-friendly update, like the name implies, focuses on mobile search results. With every passing day, the number of those browsing with their phone increases.

These mobile users encounter difficulties trying to access content from some blogs. This is usually because some blogs were designed with Desktop users in mind. Such blogs give bad user experience for those surfing with their mobile.

To eliminate difficulties encountered by mobile users while visiting some blogs/website, Google has released a mobile-friendly algorithm update. This implies that only blogs that work well on phones would rank well on Google mobile search results.
