How To Check Jamb 2024 Admission Status

Jamb has started giving admission? Here, you are about to learn how to check your admission status on the Jamb portal and Jamb caps. To check your Jamb Admission status, simply follow these steps on how to check your Jamb admission status.

It is advisable you go through all the procedures below before you visit the Jamb caps portal to check your Jamb admission status. Think twice before accepting or rejecting the admission you are offered. If you are not yet admitted, keep checking until the admission process is over.

How To Check Jamb Admission Status

  1. Visit the Jamb admission status checker using this link.
  2. Ensure you still remember the email and password you used to create a Jamb account earlier.
  3. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
  4. If you are getting the issue of an invalid pin click here.
  5. If you successfully login, your Jamb candidates dashboard (Home) will appear.
  6. Scroll down to check admission status.
  7. Click on Check Admission Status or ACCESS JAMB CAPS.
  8. Enter your examination year and Jamb registration number to check your admission status.
  9. If you are admitted, go ahead to print your Jamb admission letter.
  10. If it says No admission given yet, check back again as other batches of admission list will be released.
  11. Done!

Another Way To Check Jamb Status

  1. Visit jamb.gov.ng
  2. Scroll down to Check Admission Status
  3. Click to proceed
  4. Login to your Profile with your Jamb Email & Password
  5. Look for Check admission status and open it
  6. Select your Examination year
  7. Enter your Jamb Registration Number
  8. Finally, click on Check admission status
  9. You will see your admission status
  10. Done.

  4. Please I chose delsu as my first choice of institution and I chose auchi poly as my second choice but I heard they’ve started giving admission to auchi candidates but whenever I check I see delsu, I don’t understand why am not seeing auchi in my choice of institution as well

    • Check your email inbox(I mean leave the jamb caps page,access normally). Check your previous messages precisely noreply@jamb sent to you around the time you registered for jamb. You will see your names,reg no.,PASSWORD (that’s it).

      • Is it that all the names are the username?

    • Thats because you are not pressing the right thing to enter.leave the panic and press login in the blue box.if thats not the case rewrite your password.hope you have already figured it out.

  15. Please how do I change my email the one I use at the point of regularization belong to a stranger I met there. I need to receive update directly in my email kindly help

    • you can’t change the email you registered with your jamb profile…
      you shouldn’t have taken such risk by using a stranger gmail to reg for jamb…
      but if you still have the contact of the stranger call him to gv you his/her gmail details.
      you will log in the gmail on your phone and you can see all the updates..
      that’s the only thing you can do….

  18. Sir, if i did not upload my o level result will it affect my admission, i uploaded my during my registration but i was told by my mates that i have to upload it again.
