Since the Introduction of Computer-Based Testing (CBT), Jamb Registration and Examination Process have changed greatly. Jamb is Computer Based, you need to be Computer Based as well.
Get yourself with all Jamb latest updates and changes so you don’t miss out on chances to score high. The biggest regret you can have next year is having to write Jamb again. It sounds impossible to you, right? It is a possibility.
In my article on Jamb facts and fiction, I established the fact that Jamb is the most failed examination in Nigeria. Thousands of candidates repeat Jamb yearly.
The truth of the matter is that you do not determine your Jamb score by just talking or hoping. You simply determine your study habits and your study habits determine your Jamb Score.
It is possible that you have written Jamb before. If that is true, how does it feel writing Jamb again when your mates are already in 100 level or their second year?
You don’t really need Jamb Expo, runz or cheat to get a good score. If you can use your head very well, you will pass Jamb and move ahead to seek admission to your school of choice.
Another reason why you need this Jamb update that will dramatically boost your Jamb cbt score is that “your friends would look down on you or get too busy for you when they gain admission before you”. Pass Jamb, gain admission and be ahead of your friends.
My name is Isaac Inegbenehi and I am the CEO of Flashlearners. In this article, I will be taking you through the Jamb Update and tutorials that will dramatically boost your score in Jamb CBT. If you wish to pass Jamb very well, then you must read this article to the end.
The five sections of this Jamb CBT update and guide are:
- Jamb frequently asked questions.

What Has Changed About JAMB
A lot has changed about Jamb. After the introduction of Jamb CBT around 2015, below are other jamb updates and the latest trend:
1. Pin Vending
JAMB “Pin Vending” Is The Method For TME Registration
UTME candidates should start getting familiar with the new system as the board no longer make use of scratch cards. Candidates wishing to register for the examination will just make an online payment and get a pin with which they can upload their data.
2. CCTV Camera
Jamb To monitor Candidates with CCTV Cameras. You will now be Watched in the exam hall. The possibility of cheating has reduce drastically.
3. Deciding Exam Date
Jamb now meets with Waec and Neco to decide the exam date. This is to avoid clashing of Papers.
In the beginning, it was not so. It was disclosed a few days ago that Jamb now has to meet other exam bodies to decide the examination date.
4. NIN For Jamb
The use of National Identification Number (NIN) is now compulsory for the creation of Jamb profile and Jamb UTME & Direct Entry Registration.
5. New Guidelines
Jamb Introduced 8 New Guidelines To stop Malpractice. To further make life difficult for those who depend on malpractice, Jamb rolled out 8 solid rules to stop malpractice by all means.
What Changed About Jambites
The zeal to read is no longer there. In my last article on why your interest in reading is dying gradually, I explained the common reasons why many students lose the appetite to read.
It is true that there is always a cause and effect for everything that happens. However, it is also true that the solution is older than the problem itself. At this point, a good question comes to mind, “what are the possible ways to revive one’s dying interest in reading?”.
If you have ever asked yourself the question, “what is happening to my reading life, how do I increase my interest in reading once again?” Then this article is for you. I want to set your reading life on fire once again.
I will make this guide as easy as possible and as well link to my previous articles so that you do not miss out on anything. It is time to face book…

Reasons You May Fail Jamb
It is no news that Jamb is around the corner. Also, it is not gossip that previous Jamb was a little messy. It is however not a prophecy that some people would also fail in Jamb.
If you have plans to sit for Jamb, then this article is 100% compulsory for you. You can choose whether to do well this time or wait for Jamb before your admission dreams come true. It is wise you choose what you want early enough.
It is a fact that the high rate of failure in Jamb cannot be overemphasized. However, it corrects that no matter the high rate of failure or poor performance in Jamb, some students will still do very well. In fact, few others did very well in the past. However, their success didn’t just come without some processes.
If you must be like those who will perform very well in the next Jamb, it is imperative you know how they achieved success.
On the other hand, for you not to fail like the majority, you should learn from their mistakes. It is simple to score 300+ in Jamb . Anyway, it all depends on your decisions.

How to Pass Jamb With High Score
Just like I stated above, to pass your UTME, you need to pay for it. What you are not prepared for, you are not qualified for. I will explain the prices of Jamb success one after the other.
PASSION: Action needs passion, or it will be sanctioned. The number one price you should pay to pass your Joint admission and matriculation examination (JAMB) is to ignite your passion for the examination. The day your passion dies, success will run away from you.
DETERMINATION: Determination is stronger than with-craft. The strength of every successful student is that they are determined. When you come across resistance, increase your persistence. With determination, you can achieve your desired score in Jamb.
SACRIFICE: Sacrifice is your ability to leave pleasure and work things out in your closet. It is your ability to put in your best in your quest for university admission.
Sacrifice never fails. It is time to sacrifice other things that are not relevant or necessary for your Jamb examination so as to pass once and for all.

Sorry I wrote Jamb this year and had 285 and 70 as Post Utme agg. for uniben to study law but couldn’t get in for my course. So by the coming year I will apply for Delsu. Sorry but my questions are:
1. How many years as at of present is a Jamb result valid?
2. And is it easier to get in into Delsu to study law? (I am an indigene)
3. And do they repeat questions from previous years? (Delta post ume)
4. What is the percentage pass if you study or make their PQ your study guide? Or do they have special places they get their questions from?
I know this is time consuming if you are to reply, but please I really need your reply to also set a pace and narrow down my reading horizon so as to be more precise.
Thanks, as I await your much needed reply.
Isaac Inegbenehi says
1. One year
2. Law is competitive in any school… However, Uniben is more competitive than DELSU
3. Questions don’t necessarily get repeated but they follow the same pattern and standard
4. You don’t have to restrict yourself to only DELSU PQ… Study wide
